Is There A Warranty On My Nails?Yes, there is a two-week warranty for nail chips or peeling. The warranty covers Acrylic Fullset, Dip Powder, and Apres extensions. We can fix any issues with lifting nails within the two-week period.

What Happens If My Natural Nail Chips or Breaks?Nail breakages after one week on natural nails are subject to an additional charge.

How Long Is Manicure Guaranteed To Last?Gel Manicure: Guaranteed for 10 days Dip Powder: Guaranteed for 14 days

What If I’m Running Late To My Appointment?No worries! We offer all our clients a few minutes grace period, but please keep it within 10 minutes, and contact us if you’re going to be later. Communication is key!

What If The Service I Received Isn’t On Par With My Expectations?If you are dissatisfied with the service, kindly inform us before checking out. If you prefer to avoid in-person confrontation, feel free to contact us to address your concerns.
